To ensure that our sponsors and exhibitors gain the most from their investment we have set in place a marketing support service. Below are the marketing services we offer as part of the sponsorship and exhibition packages:
We can place your logo onto the event banner letting your clients know that you’re sponsoring. This makes the banner more personalised for your website.
We can send you a supply of printed brochures and a pdf version for you to send to clients and colleagues.
We can build you a co-branded e-invitation with your logo, message, some event details and the special VIP code for your clients to obtain a discount. We can send this out on your behalf to your client lists or send you the html file to send yourself – the choice is yours!
Send us any latest press releases and we can add these to the event website.
Send us a list of press you’d like to see at the event and we’ll endeavour to get in touch with them for you.
We will link your logo on the sponsors or exhibitors page on the event website, all we ask in exchange is that you link back to our site from yours. We can provide event details, logos and banners.
At the bottom of every email communication with a link to the event website with no effort at all you are spreading the word that your company is proactive and associated with our event.
You can use the event logo and banners to add impact to your advertising, press releases and promotional literature, underlining your status as an official sponsor or exhibitor.
Inclusion in all relevant marketing to our Ovum Events community
